Because of this personalized production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.
Please review your size, color, and design details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace or correct the item at no additional cost after verifying the issue.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or report an issue, please email us at support@wangbob.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description and photo of the issue

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions for next steps.

Non-Custom Items

If we offer non-custom shoes or accessories in the future, these items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
